Any contract or agreement you make with ELITE SEARCH LIMITED is done so verbally via telephone. By paying for any service, you agree to have read and understood the terms and conditions set out and that you understand there is no cooling off period within these terms and conditions. Once a contract has been made we will confirm this via email and post within 7days.
Any SEARCH ENGINEERING work carried out by us is done so within 3 weeks of receiving your FTP (username/passwords) details which we will most certainly need in order to carry out any SEO work for you, in order to get your website ranked higher on major search engines. Failure to provide us with these details results in a delayed optimised website. ELITE SEARCH LIMITED will contact you towards the end of your 12 month contract with the option of a renewal. If you choose not to take this option we have the right to remove any content or engineering we have carried out within your website after this period.
We aim to have all of your key words provided to us, achieve a front page ranking within all major search engines. If at least one of your keywords provided obtains a first page ranking then we have fulfilled our service. We will continue to work on your website once we have started in order to achieve these rankings. We warrant these rankings within results displayed on Google.co.uk.
